About The Position
This position is for a PRN (as needed) Telemetry III Care Tech. Pre-employment requirements include passing a drug screening as this is a drug-free facility. The applicant must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Additionally, they must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in Alabama, a Certified Patient Care Tech, a Medical Assistant, a Paramedic, an EMT, or currently enrolled in a nursing program. If enrolled in a nursing program, completion of Fundamentals of Nursing is required, and documentation must be provided.
Requirements

- Certified Nursing Assistant in Alabama, Certified Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant, Paramedic, EMT, or currently enrolled in a nursing program
- If enrolled in a nursing program, completion of Fundamentals of Nursing is a requirement, and documentation is required
- Dependable, hardworking, and a team player with a good attitude and professional behavior
Responsibilities
- Take vital signs
- Assist nursing personnel
- Help patients with basic daily needs
- Effectively communicate and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently
