About The Position
This position is for a Care Tech in a Post Surgical/Telemetry unit, working day shifts. The role requires a dependable, hardworking individual with a good attitude and professional behavior, who can function effectively as a team player. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting nursing personnel, and aiding patients with their basic daily needs. The ability to communicate effectively and follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal, independently is essential.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant, Paramedic, EMT, or currently enrolled in a nursing program
- If enrolled in a nursing program, completion of Fundamentals of Nursing is a requirement, and documentation is required
- Dependable, hardworking, and a team player with a good attitude and professional behavior
