This role operates assigned home(s) in a manner that ensures company goals are met, including meeting or exceeding budgets and clinical effectiveness. The Care Team Manager supports and supervises Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), maintains assigned homes, manages on-call responsibilities, builds relationships with referral sources and agencies, and collaborates with Beacon leadership to improve operations and care quality. The position requires strict adherence to company policies, accreditation standards, and state/federal licensing requirements, while embodying Beacon's 'I CARE' core values: Integrity, Compassion, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence.
