About The Position
Serve as a role model and clinical resource for other team members. Work closely with the unit manager and other team members to establish goals to meet the needs of the patient, family and other care providers. Contribute to and support the effective management of the unit.
Requirements
- 2 years relevant nursing experience
- Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support/CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 180 Days
Nice To Haves
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing
- 3 years age-appropriate surgical services experience
- 2 years prior leadership experience
- National certification in relevant specialty
