About The Position

Assisting Hands Tri-Cities is seeking a Care Team Coordinator to manage caregiver/client schedules, step in as a backup caregiver when needed, answer phones, train new hires, and serve as the primary assistant to the Director of Administration. This full-time role offers competitive pay based on experience and competency. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current HCA certification or equivalent
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Additional administrative or care giving experience preferred
