Requirements

  • 1 year of office/admin experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience answering phone calls required.
  • Experience providing a high level of customer service required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate commitment to the Paradigm Health mission, vision and core values
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls from patients, families, community partners, referral sources, and team members with professionalism, warmth, and calm attentiveness.
  • Provide clear, compassionate, and accurate information, or connect callers to the appropriate department or team member in a timely manner.
  • Support patients and families during stressful or emotional moments through active listening, empathy, and respectful communication.
  • Establish positive, trust-based rapport with every caller, representing Paradigm Health’s commitment to dignity, service, and responsiveness.
  • Accurately log, document, and route all calls using designated systems, ensuring continuity and follow-through.
  • Serve as a reliable communication bridge for field staff by relaying messages, supporting coordination, and escalating needs appropriately.
