About The Position
Forest Ridge, an award-winning senior living community in Hales Corners, is seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor to join our Health Services team. In this assisted living (RCAC) role, you will lead Resident Care Assistants through coaching, collaboration, and hands-on support while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our residents. This position works under the leadership of a full-time Nurse Director.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of caregiver experience, preferably with adults age 60+
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality resident care
Responsibilities
- Coaching and supporting Resident Care Assistants
- Collaborating on problem-solving and care team operations
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Medication administration
- Housekeeping and laundry services
- Maintaining high standards of resident care and service excellence
