Staccato is seeking a CARE Specialist to Field inbound contacts from customers through multiple contact channels including voice, chat, SMS and email in an active environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in an active environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and empathetic demeanor; able to relate to and work with people well inside and outside the Company.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience with data and customer order entry.
  • General comfort learning new software systems as necessary to accomplish goals.
  • Proven ability to be adaptable and prioritize competing demands that will provide the highest customer service and response level.
  • Innovative and solution-minded, Customer Obsessed attitude

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years multi-channel contact center experience is preferred.
  • Sales Experience is preferred
  • Salesforce and/or CRM experience preferred
  • Knowledge of firearms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries with a goal for first call resolution for all interactions.
  • Respond to online inquiries using Salesforce in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Data entry regarding manual order entries and order edits, as required.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to provide the best customer experience possible.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the Company’s products, services, and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and/or the Staccato brand.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, SMS, and email constantly striving to improve the experience for our customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
