Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and emotionally intelligent

- Excellent communicators who build trust with clients and families
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining accountability
- Dedicated to providing care with patience, dignity, and excellence
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work legally in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Professional caregiving experience preferred
- CNA or HHA certification welcomed but not required
- Experience with dementia care, hospice care, or senior support is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Assist with activities of daily living based on individual needs
- Support clients with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Assist with mobility, safety, and fall prevention
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Observe and communicate changes in condition to the care team
- Respect client preferences, routines, privacy, and dignity at all times
