Care Partner Flexible $18-$20 (PRN)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team at Carriage Court of Hilliard. This is a PRN (as needed) position with a flexible schedule. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, generous, invested, curious, and proactive in assisting residents with their daily living activities. The role involves creating human connections, sharing talents, fostering a positive environment, and engaging in personal and professional growth. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.

- Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
