About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Fremont in Springfield, MO. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, assisting them with daily living activities, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged, and proactive in their approach to resident care. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
