About The Position

We are looking for care partners for AM/PM shifts. Positions available: Part Time AM Shift Part Time PM Shift-Must be able to work Friday and Saturday's Must be able to work at least a partial weekend Please complete your work history on the application or attach your resume. Thank you! You must be 18 years or older to apply There is a $3 weekend shift differential when working the weekends. Pay increases depending on experience. CNA's make $1 more than the listed amount. Requirements

• Must be able to work Friday and Saturday's
• Must be able to work at least a partial weekend
• You must be 18 years or older to apply
• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state)
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.
• Provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in the elder’s health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• Give emotional support: may support elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation, active listening, and offering companionship is part of your role.
• Assist with Meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed elders who require additional support.
• Engage in social and recreational activities: supporting elders in life-enriching activities for their well-being.
• Connect: Communicate with elders, their families, other team members, and guests.
• Keep things clean: may involve light housekeeping, such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness.
