About The Position
The Care Partner (or STNA) will work PT Days from 7A-7P in Westerville, OH. This role involves providing compassionate care to residents in an Assisted Living facility, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, supporting with meals, offering emotional support, and maintaining a safe environment.
Requirements
- Certified Care Partner or STNA
- Experience working in Assisted Living facilities
- Ability to provide compassionate care to residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents' health and well-being
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
