About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a Part-Time position at The Rushwood Senior Living in Wichita, Kansas. This role focuses on creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering a positive environment, and engaging in personal and professional development. The Care Partner will proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing within state of employment.
At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
