Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization.
- Candidate must have one the following: Successful completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program, Medical Assistant program, or Direct Patient Care Allied Health program; or successful completion of the Nursing Fundamentals course from an accredited registered nursing program; or, minimum of two years of related experience.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
Nice To Haves
- Vocational or technical training or degree in CNA, CMA.
- 3 years or more of experience in direct patient care in an acute care setting.
