About The Position

Assist with the delivery of patient care and maintenance of unit environmental standards under the supervision of a licensed nurse. All candidates must upload a current resume when applying. We are seeking compassionate, patient-focused Care Partners (Nursing Assistants) to provide hands-on patient care and support clinical procedures, including blood draws, Foley catheter care, specimen collection, and other bedside responsibilities.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) and one of the following:
Current enrollment in an RN program with successful completion of the first semester and nursing fundamentals clinical
Graduation from a Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program within the past year (certificate required)
At least 1 year of recent experience (within the last 2 years) as a Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician

Responsibilities

Serves as a liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs.
Supports unit operations and patient flow by maintaining supplies, equipment, and unit environmental standards.
