About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join their team at Castlewood in Nixa, MO. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, being present and reliable, fostering a positive environment, and engaging in personal and professional development. The role requires assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
