Part-Time Care Partner: AM Shift 7A-3P
About The Position
Brookdale is hiring a part-time Care Partner for the AM shift, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The role provides direct care to residents, supports their independence, and treats each senior with respect and dignity. Care Partners assist with activities of daily living and personal care, help with light housekeeping, and engage residents in meaningful conversation. Training or certification may be required based on state regulations. Brookdale offers opportunities for professional development and advancement into positions such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) and Medication Technician (QMAP).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents and recognize their individual needs.
- Encourage residents' independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Complete training or certification if required by state regulation.
