About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for Vitalia Active Adult Community at Solon. This part-time role involves creating human connection with residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and committed to fostering an inclusive and positive environment. This position requires physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, with the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Computer skills are necessary for documentation.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
