About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Senior Residences in Strongsville, Ohio. This full-time position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a starting wage of $18-$20 per hour. The Care Partner is responsible for understanding the importance of empathy, creating human connection with residents, being present and sharing talents, creating an inclusive and positive environment, being curious and engaged in development, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 35 properties in 7 states, employing nearly 2,500 individuals.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
