Care Partner Flexible $18-$24.25 (PRN)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose in Copley, Ohio. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule and a starting wage of $18-$24.25 per hour. The Care Partner is expected to be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connection with residents, a "Generous Gift Giver" by being present and reliable, "đź’Ż" by investing wholeheartedly in their work, an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and engaged in their development, and "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments.
- Be present and reliable for residents and team members.
- Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
- Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
