About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Westlake. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, assisting them with daily living activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

- Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
