Care Partner - Nursing Assistant (Part-Time) 10pm-6am
About The Position
Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as aiding with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques. The Care Partner will observe and report any changes in residents' conditions, assist with meal service and feeding, and maintain a clean and safe living environment. Participation in resident activities and accurate documentation of care are also key aspects of this position. The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with residents, families, and staff is essential.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
- Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate lifting and transfer techniques.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Assist with meal service and feeding residents as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including changing linens, making beds, and tidying up resident living areas.
- Participate in resident activities and socialization opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
