About The Position

Jennings is seeking dedicated professionals to join their team as a Care Partner, specifically a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 1st shift. This full-time position involves providing compassionate care to residents and patients, ensuring they receive the best possible support. Requirements

A Valid CNA License is Required
Completion of a State Approved 75-hour Nurse Aide Training Program within 4 months prior to starting date.
Current/valid CNA certificate in Ohio
Must be emotionally mature and demonstrate sound judgment, be flexible, patient, caring, and have a sense of humor.
Must be reliable and responsible and have good communication skills and demonstrate sensitivity to, empathy for, and an interest in older adults and those with cognitive impairments.
Completion of a State Approved 75-hour Nurse Aide Training Program; passing grade on the State Competency examination; good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

Ability to identify special resident problems and/or change in resident's condition and report to the Neighborhood Coordinator.
Ability to provide direct resident care as assigned.
Ability to perform other related duties as directed by the Neighborhood Coordinator.

Must have the ability to read, write, and carry out instructions.
Must be physically able to bend, push, lift, stand extensively, and perform assigned responsibilities.
