About The Position
The Care Manager assists residents with all aspects of daily life as indicated in each resident’s care plan. This includes personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. This is a per diem, non-exempt, hourly position reporting to the Health & Wellness Director. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday: 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., or 11 p.m.–7 a.m. The hourly compensation range is $21.00–$22.00.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA).
- Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population.
Nice To Haves
- Dementia experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in the care plan.
- Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Escort residents to meals and activities.
- Ensure assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.
- Document all services provided to assigned residents during the shift.
- Immediately report any change in a resident’s condition to a supervisor.
