Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a Regulated Rehabilitation Health profession
  • Current registration with the applicable regulatory College in the province of Ontario
  • 3 to 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or home health care experience.
  • Current clinical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and employee engagement skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with project management, change management, quality improvement, and risk management.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare scheduling systems.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support clinical supervisors and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve operational goals.
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and performance-driven team culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and health and safety compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, funders, and community partners.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, strengthen partnerships, and support business growth.
  • Ensure clinical and operational practices align with best practice standards, quality requirements, and patient-centered care principles.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, quality indicators, and program performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and guidance to support professional development and continuous learning.
  • Manage risk, support audits and investigations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Support financial and workforce planning to maintain appropriate staffing levels, service excellence, and sustainable program performance.
