About The Position

Ashwood Court is seeking a Care Giver / Resident Aide to provide compassionate care and ensure the safety and well-being of Residents. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting Residents with daily activities, administering medications, documenting care, and communicating with healthcare professionals. Empathy, attention to detail, and commitment to Resident well-being are essential. Training will be provided. Excellent communication skills, compassion, empathy, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are crucial. Prior experience is beneficial but not required.
