About The Position

As Care Delivery Lead, you will transform and save lives by building the clinical systems, standards, and team that make safe, effective, life-changing care possible at scale. This role involves owning and evolving Mindbloom's core clinical protocols, ensuring they are evidence-based, scalable, and consistently applied. You will also be responsible for improving the metrics that define exceptional care, building smarter systems and clearer workflows for operational leverage, and creating a clinical team through exceptional hiring, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining high standards. Additionally, you will lead clinical escalations and on-call systems, drive incident reviews and quality meetings for continuous improvement, and oversee medical record evaluations to ensure documentation excellence and clinical consistency.

Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist or psychiatric PA or PMHNP
• Firsthand experience with altered states of consciousness
• Builds trust and drives change while holding clinicians to a high standard through direct feedback and decisive performance management
• Willing to challenge convention and lead the team through changes in pursuit of better client outcomes and experiences
• Delivers exceptional clinical care and client experiences; perceived by clients as a warm, trusted expert

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Mindbloom’s core clinical protocols, ensuring our standards are evidence-based, scalable, consistently applied, and transform more lives.
• Own and improve the metrics that separate good care from life-changing care and keep raising them.
• Build smarter systems, clearer workflows, and stronger ownership so clinical leaders can spend more time on the highest-impact work.
• Create a clinical team that compounds in quality over time: exceptional hiring, fast onboarding, sharp coaching, and fierce protection of the bar.
• Lead escalation and on-call systems that help clinicians navigate complexity with confidence, speed, and sound judgments.
• Drive incident reviews, quality meetings, and continuous improvement loops that turn every learning into stronger clinical systems.
• Oversee medical record evaluations that reinforce documentation excellence, clinical consistency, and high-quality client care.
