Responsibilities

Partner with the Office Manager on scheduling, marketing, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
Conduct telephone intakes and initial home visits with new or prospective clients to explain services and secure agreements.
Perform follow-up visits with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and quality of care.
Manage all scheduling needs, including caregiver placements, replacements, and substitutions.
Resolve client, family, and caregiver concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate client and caregiver files for compliance.
Screen, interview, and match caregivers to clients' needs.
