About The Position

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator for their clinic in Dumbo. This role is crucial for supporting patient care by ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued, and by managing the flow of appointments. Care Coordinators are expected to provide 5-star customer service, respond to communications promptly (within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours), and guide patients through the out-of-network experience. Responsibilities

  • Supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued
  • Controlling the flow of appointments
  • Responding to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours
  • Guiding patients through the out-of-network experience
  • Greeting all patients who enter the clinic with a smile
  • Executing 5-star customer service
