The Care Coordinator builds relationships; closely working with clients and nursing staff to build strong working bonds. Consistently provides excellent customer service to our patients and families Understands the staffing needs of each client; schedules and staffs nurses to clients based on client's needs and preferences. Recruits nurses using different job boards and recruitment tools Manages patient and employee schedules Develops a close working relationship with the clinical team Ensures that our staff are utilized as best as possible in meeting our company's staffing utilization goals Other duties as assigned
