About The Position

The Ridge Foothill is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Care Team in a critical role - Resident Care Coordinator / Scheduler. In this big role of Resident Care Coordinator / Scheduler (we refer to this role as Team Operations Director), you will recruit, orient, schedule, and supervise our care team members. You will continue with training for our caregivers once they're oriented, but our two nurses will assume training and supervision of our Med Techs. In addition, we have key care partners help you with handling team member call offs, especially on overnights and weekends - as a true work/life balance is important to us! You must have experience scheduling a large department that runs 24/7. Also, we are looking for someone with supervisory experience of front-line team members and recruitment/selection experience. Requirements

  • Experience scheduling a large department that runs 24/7
  • Supervisory experience of front-line team members
  • Recruitment/selection experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with seniors and staff in a caring, compassionate manner.
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Requires an individual who is motivated and demonstrates initiative.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of experience managing employees, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Medication technician
  • Active CNA Certification.
