About The Position

The Care Connect Guest Services Specialist role provides direct support to consumers and patients of the UF Health St. Johns Nocatee Health Village and the St. Augustine Care Connect office. This position will support Nocatee Community Space weekend operations by serving as a resource to connect consumers to the UF Health St. Johns programs and services and will assist in the oversight and booking of the Care Connect Community Space. The Care Connect Guest Services Specialist will have an energetic passion for health and is focused on providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • 1 year of experience Medical Clerical/Administrative, Retail, or Membership Sales
  • Level 2 background screening

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years customer service in a health setting, retail, or membership sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary UF Health St. Johns staff to support Nocatee Health Village weekend operations.
  • Purchase office supplies and keep storage room stocked and organized.
  • Maintain organizational files and documents.
  • Answer phones and route calls to appropriate persons.
  • Remains actively informed about programs, services, offerings and special events taking place.
  • Appropriately directs patients using directional tools and escorts visitors to their destination, when appropriate.
  • Maintains proficiency on all Flagler Health+ health and wellness program offerings
  • Monitors the building entrances to ensure they are functioning properly, secured when needed, and ensures comfortable, safe access.
  • Solves problems responsibly and resolves conflicts in an appropriate and positive manner
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management within job scope.
