About The Position

The Care Case Manager supports triage, processing, and general supportive services for students within the Care Services unit of the Dean of Students Office. The Care Case Manager will work to support the Exceptional Withdrawal process, SOS referrals, and CARE Case Management efforts of the Care Services team by blending the functions of non-clinical consultation, coordination of referrals, conducting interview/intake meetings, and general support to ensure student success. The Care Case Manager serves as a member of the Care Services unit and reports directly to the Associate Director of Care Services.

Requirements

  • Must pass a background check.
  • May require a credit check.
  • Designated as a “Responsible Employee” pursuant to their role under Title IX, requiring prompt reporting of allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse.
  • Designated as a Campus Security Authority (CSA), requiring reporting of crimes or incidents that might be a crime to the University Police Department.
  • Must complete an online or in-person training session for CSAs.
