About The Position

Home Instead is seeking Care Assistants in Tamworth to provide tailored, personalised care that helps older people stay safe and independent in their own homes. Clients’ needs range from help with washing and dressing, household tasks, and companionship to support for a few hours each week. Care Professionals may also provide meal preparation, dementia support, light housework, and accompany clients to appointments. The role focuses on kind, considerate care that respects each client’s dignity and supports their individual needs. Calls are at least one hour, and assistants are matched with regular clients to help build professional relationships. Part-time hours are available. A car and full driving licence are essential, and applicants must live in Tamworth. Full training and ongoing support are provided; prior care experience is an advantage but is not required.
