About The Position

Home Instead Mansfield provides personalised, compassionate home care to help our clients live safely, independently and comfortably in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalised support, companionship, and practical assistance, helping clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We value compassion, reliability, and building meaningful relationships with those we support. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our Care Assistants to our Clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and this enables us to provide personalised support. Due to seeing the same Clients on an ongoing basis our Care Assistants develop lovely partnerships with the Clients they visit. Requirements

  • Drivers with a full driving license and access to their own reliable vehicle.
  • Must have the Right To Work in the UK.
  • We unfortunetly do not currently have the means to offer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping and shopping.
  • Support clients with personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social activities and community outings.
  • Assist with medication reminders, administering and monitor client wellbeing.
  • Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Promote a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for clients.
