Care Assistant / Bellbrook - Afternoon Shift
About The Position
Sanctuary at Bellbrook, a Trinity Health facility, is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, learn, gain experience, strengthen clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact on patient care. The position involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, and monitoring and recording vital signs and patient observations. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, committed to patient care and teamwork, and available for various shifts including afternoons and every other weekend.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations.
- Support the healthcare team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
