About The Position
Visiting Angels Hygeia is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants - Non Medical. In this role, you will provide essential non-medical support to clients, enabling them to remain in their homes while aging with dignity and care. We offer one-on-one care, focusing on the comfort and well-being of seniors. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in caregiving is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
- Running errands as needed
