About The Position

Visiting Angels Hygeia in Morgantown, WV is looking for caregivers to become a part of our team! Visiting Angels provides a variety of non-medical services that allow us to work one-on-one with seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with compassion, dignity and care. As a Care Assistant - Non Medical at Visiting Angels Hygeia, you will be responsible for providing non-medical support to our clients in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in caregiving is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
• Running errands as needed
