Care Assistant/CNA Opportunity
About The Position
Rolling Hills Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals for a Nursing Assistant/CNA Opportunity. This role is ideal for those considering a career in healthcare who may not yet have their CNA certification. The company offers a training program where they cover the cost of CNA certification, provide training, and support to help individuals begin their healthcare careers. Trainees will complete CNA training and 40 clinical hours at a sister facility, gaining hands-on experience. Upon successful completion of exams, individuals become Certified Nursing Assistants and may be eligible for full-time CNA positions.

Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and toileting
- Supporting mobility, transfers, lifting and repositioning
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment
- Completing scheduled resident care
- Making regular rounds and responding to resident needs
- Learning how to recognize and report changes in a resident's condition
- Building the skills, confidence and experience needed to grow in healthcare
