Requirements
- Active and Certified in Home Health Aide
- CPR/First Aid AED (or willingness to obtain)
- TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to travel locally within Princeton and nearby areas
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and care documentation
- Understanding of basic nutrition, hygiene, and caregiving standards
- Naturally compassionate, dependable, and patient in nature
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a home health aide or caregiver
- Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in clients’ residences.
- Assist with personal care, including hygiene and grooming.
- Support mobility and assist with physical therapies/exercises.
- Perform domestic and household tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep.
- Offer companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow personalized care plans.
