ICF is currently seeking a Care Administrator to serve as part of a team of clinical and other subject matter experts supporting ACF’s mission to foster health and well-being through effective, accountable, and compassionate human services. This project is part of our Prevention of Sexual Abuse project that conducts compliance audits and technical assistance for the Office of Refugee Resettlement provider community. This team’s mission is to ensure clinical, behavioral health, disability-related, and psychosocial risk factors are identified and addressed, and that system-wide practices, policies, and provider operations promote safe, trauma-informed, and compliant care environments working in concert to prevent sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and other forms of child abuse and neglect. This is for a six-month duration with the opportunity for extension beyond the initial term, subject to project needs, funding, and organizational requirements. The Care Administrator’s alignment to this mission is providing centralized coordination, oversight, and accountability across all clinical and programmatic functions to ensure that services are delivered in a consistent, compliant, and strategically aligned manner that supports the prevention of sexual abuse, neglect, and unsafe conditions.
