Requirements
- Graduate of a JCERT Accredited Radiology Program or A.A.S. Cardiovascular/ Cardiovascular technology (CVT) degree
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience as a Cardiovascular/Interventional Radiology Technician.
- New York State License required
- Current and ongoing BLS certification required until ACLS certification obtained within 3 months of hire. BLS renewal not required once ACLS is obtained.

- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred
Responsibilities
- Functions as a member of the Cath Lab Team in areas related to Cardiac Catheterization procedures.
- Provides care to a specific group of adult and geriatric patients consistent with the goals, philosophy and policies and procedures of the department and hospital.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to the age of the patient served.
