About The Position

We have a new opportunity for a Cardiovascular Technologist in Bricktown, NJ. This position involves a 4x10 hour shift schedule, with the possibility of weekend and holiday work as needed. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath lab, with specific experience in permanent pacemaker placement, Impella, and balloon pump usage being preferred. The technologist will be responsible for assisting with invasive cardiac procedures and maintaining sterile procedural techniques. Basic computer proficiency is also required.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
Strong experience assisting with invasive cardiac procedures.
Experience with Impella and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) is required.
BLS (AHA) certification.
Radiology certification.
State Radiologic License (if applicable).
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory experience.
Hemodynamic monitoring.
Sterile procedural technique.
Cardiac rhythm recognition.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).

Nice To Haves

Permanent pacemaker placement experience is preferred.
Mac lab experience is preferred.
EPIC electronic medical record experience.
ARRT certification is preferred.
RCIS certification or Radiologic Technologist License within one year of hire is preferred.

Responsibilities
