A member of Catholic Health, Good Samaritan University Hospital, is a non-profit 537- bed (including 100 nursing home beds) teaching hospital and a member of Catholic Health. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of an accredited Radiological, Cardiovascular and/or Respiratory care program
- RCVT or equivalent preferred, registry eligible acceptable.
- BLS/AED/ACLS training required and accepted from only 2 organizations: American Heart Association - BLS/ACLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program. American Red Cross - CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
- No online programs from any organization will be accepted
Nice To Haves
- RCVT or equivalent preferred, registry eligible acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Setting up the patient for cardiac catheterization and monitoring the patient during the procedure
- Assisting the physician during the exam, and monitor positions
- Entering patient information into the GEMNET and MACLAB computer systems.
