About The Position
The role involves performing specialized cardiovascular technology procedures within an acute care hospital setting, primarily in the operating room (OR) with a focus on surgical technology related to orthopedics and transplant procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as CST.
- NBSTA and DORA Certifications are required prior to submission.
- BLS Certification.
- Experience with Ortho/Joint procedures.
Responsibilities
- Function as a scrub tech in the operating room, assisting in cardiovascular and orthopedic surgeries.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
