About The Position
A well-renowned cardiovascular surgery group is seeking an associate to work alongside two existing cardiovascular surgeons and an experienced surgical midlevel team. The group serves more than 300,000 residents. The hospital provides emergency, cardiac and stroke care, surgery, neurosurgery, oncology, and a Level II Special Care Nursery. The position is near Statesville, North Carolina, with access to lakeside, country, gated-neighborhood, and main-street communities, as well as attractions in Charlotte and Winston-Salem.

Responsibilities
- Provide cardiovascular surgical services as part of a group practice.
- Participate in call on a 1:3 rotation.
- Use the ability to block operating room time.
