At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions) , we’re looking for a dedicated Instructor / Clinical Coordinator who thrives in both classroom and clinical environments. In this role, you’ll serve as a mentor, educator, and role model , guiding students as they transition from learning to real-world clinical practice.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in a related field (required)
RDCS or RCS certification (required)
Minimum of 3 years of professional sonography experience
Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
RVT or RVS certification (a plus)
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings (preferred)
Teaching experience (didactic or clinical) is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver and support clinical curriculum content aligned with program standards
Mentor and supervise students in clinical settings , ensuring hands-on learning success
Promote student achievement, confidence, and professional development
Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to enhance training and outcomes
Serve as a key resource and role model for students entering the field
Support a positive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment
