About The Position

Are you a cardiovascular sonography professional who’s passionate about mentoring and shaping future healthcare talent? At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions) , we’re looking for a Clinical Coordinator who can bring both clinical expertise and a passion for teaching to support student success. In this role, you’ll play a key part in guiding students from the classroom to clinical practice , helping them build the confidence and skills needed to thrive in the healthcare field.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field (required)
• RDCS or RCS certification (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of cardiovascular sonography experience (required)
• Passion for teaching and mentoring (no prior teaching experience required)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• RVT or RVS certification (a plus)
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality curriculum content aligned with program and accreditation standards
• Mentor students in their academic, clinical, and professional development
• Act as a role model , helping students transition into healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
• Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and clinical activities
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to program development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements
