About The Position
We’re hiring a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse (RN) who wants a day-shift opportunity, strong earning potential, and the chance to grow within an established cardiovascular program. You’ll step into a perioperative nursing role focused on cardiovascular and open-heart surgical care within a tertiary acute-care environment. You’ll work alongside an experienced surgical team while participating in the department’s call rotation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute-care OR RN experience
- Clear and active Florida RN license or qualifying multistate license
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Comfortable working in an Open Heart/CVOR environment and participating in call
Nice To Haves
- BSN
- CNOR certification
Responsibilities
- Participate in the department’s call rotation.
- Work in a high-acuity cardiovascular surgical environment.
- Provide perioperative nursing care focused on cardiovascular and open-heart surgical care.
